The Faulkes Flying Foundation is providing flight
training for Scouts countrywide from bases at Bicester near Oxford,
Gransden Lodge West of Cambridge and at Dunstable.
We would be pleased to discuss special away camps with Scout Leaders
with a package of flights and an aeronautics badge lecture spread over several days.

Camping is available
for scouts at all of our bases except Dunstable (local scouts camps exist) but the Troop first
needs to get the permission of the host club
AGE LIMITS :
For practical purposes we limit the age of scouts
we fly to 10.5 years and above.
Flying activities are coordinated on our
online and regularly updated flight booking calenders
which should be referred to for available dates. Any date not already taken or listed as unavailable can be used by your troop.

The Foundation is also available to take
scout troops on a number of 'away camps' to soaring
centres of outstanding natural beauty such as Sutton
Bank, The Long Mynd and Feshiebridge in Scotland
where long duration flights are possible with
spectacular scenery.
